1. FRIKITON SHOP PURCHASES
All sales final. No returns.
In case of damaged or missing merchandise, we are able to offer either a full refund or exchange for the item in question, depending upon availability. Once proof of missing or damaged merchandise is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a reasonable period.
